Advance payment
You will be asked to pay in advance of your first session and all other sessions thereafter. We accept all types of payment, except American Express.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is that we ask for 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, your session is chargeable.
Bursary Funding
As a charity, we believe that our support should be available to you regardless of your financial position. If you think this would apply to you, please contact our appointments team who will be happy to help.
