River Mole Business Park is located behind Sandown Racecourse within 3/4 mile of Esher town centre. It is adjacent to Sandown Industrial Estate. Unit 1 is situated immediately adjacent to the entrance of the Business Park.

The A3 bypass is 2 miles away. Mill Road can be approached via Lower Green Road or More Lane. The Business Park can be found at the end of Mill Mead Lane. -
